Qualified submissions of ICMRED will be recommended by the conference committee to our partner journals. Manuscripts recommended will be subject to the journal's peer-review and publication procedures. Prior to publication, the authors of such manuscripts shall have the right to choose whether their manuscripts are published in the conference proceedings or in the journal.
