Dr. Ahsan Ali Ashraf is an Associate Professor at Lahore Business School, University
of Lahore, with extensive experience in academic research, international conference
leadership, and capacity-building workshops. He previously served as Head of
Department at the University of Sialkot and has been actively engaged in research on
organizational behavior, leadership, talent management, workplace psychology,
sustainability, and governance.
Dr. Ashraf has a strong track record of organizing and
chairing international
academic workshops and conference sessions, including serving as symposium Chair and
Keynote Speaker at several international conferences organized by EWA Publishing and
other global academic platforms. He has successfully conducted multiple in-person
and virtual workshops on research methodology, academic writing, data analysis, and
publication in indexed journals, with participants from Asia, Europe, and the Middle
East.
His methodological expertise includes structural
equation modeling (PLS-SEM),
mediation and moderation analysis, theory-driven model development, and scale
validation, which he regularly teaches to PhD and MS scholars. Through his
supervision and training activities, he has supported numerous early-career
researchers in transforming their research ideas into high-quality journal articles.
